In this 4-part workshop series, we will:

Journey into the poetic intelligence of the body through somatic exploration, dance improvisation, and Laban Movement Analysis in this immersive Creative Movement Workshop series. Each class invites you to attune to an elemental force—Earth, Water, Fire, and Air—awakening their embodied presence through movement, sensation, and expressive flow.
Day 1
🌍 Earth | Foundations of Presence
Root into the structure of your bones, the silent archives of ancestral memory. Through grounding techniques, weighted movement, and spatial awareness, we explore the solidity and stability of form, discovering how the body's architecture creates pathways for strength and belonging.
Day 2
💧 Water | Currents of Expression
Surrender to the fluid intelligence within—blood, lymph, cerebrospinal tides. Flowing, spiraling, and undulating movements guide us into adaptability, emotional release, and the felt sense of interconnectedness. Inspired by the body's inner rivers, we cultivate movement as a vessel for effortless expression.
Day 3
🔥 Fire | The Pulse of Vitality
Ignite the inner spark of spontaneity and joy through rhythm, dynamic phrasing, and expressive intensity. Engaging the heart center, we explore movement as a celebration of life, where passion and play dissolve inhibition, illuminating the dance between power and surrender.
Day 4
🌬 Air | The Breath of Motion
Expand into levity, sound, and the invisible currents that shape movement. Through breath-based movement, vocalization, and spatial extension, we explore the lungs as wings, movement as resonance, and the subtle, ethereal quality of weightlessness that invites freedom and possibility.
Each session unfolds through guided somatic inquiry, improvisational scores, and integrative reflection, offering a deeply personal and collectively attuned movement experience. Open to all levels, this series invites movers, dreamers, and seekers to rediscover their body’s poetic language.
